Day 12 Pill 12

Today was a very good day, I didn't have to work, The Sun was out and the sky was blue and most of the clouds were hiding.  A great day. My Wife and I took Her parents on a lunch cruise on the river for there 25 wedding anniversary. God is so good we could not have had a better day. It was so nice to just sit and relax and enjoy the sights.  So today I got to walk, I walked 4 miles and check my blood pressure still a little high but coming down 131 over 71 with a heart beat of 76.  Ive had about 40 ounces of water today 24 ounces of milk and about16 ounces of tea, Lunch on the Cruise well it was good.... for dinner I had a salad. today is not over so I will get at least 20 minutes on the glider.
